It is located on the ground floor of the main building, about 100 meters from the beach. There are additional condominium fees, please read "Highlights." Guest access Two common pools with playground, cafeteria to the sea, private beach with palapas and restaurant service to both the beach and the pool and even the apartment. Free Wi-fi zones in the lobby and pool (it reaches perfectly the apartment), reading and meeting room; and massages in private cabin or where desired (terrace, room or even the beach!). Private parking and surveillance is complimentary. Other things to note The Condominium makes an accommodation charge, an "occupancy fee", which is independent of the rent. They charge $ 100.00MN per adult (12 years or older) per night and a one-time payment of $ 614.00MN for fresh linens. This includes a daily hotel-style cleaning service, except for the kitchen area. The change of linens can be requested at an extra cost of $614.00MN. Upon departure, the guest MUST take care of the kitchen leaving it free of any food or food traces. Guests must leave the kitchen completely clean as well as the fridge and kitchen closets free of any food, cans and/or bottles of any kind. Guests can bring their pool towels or get them at reception for $34.00MN for the whole stay. A charge of MXN $550.00MN will apply for each damaged or lost towel. Although there is restaurant service, "room service, " and food service at the pools and palapas areas, guests are free to prepare their own food and take them to all common areas.
