The space For the comfort of our guests, the property has: - Property decorated with new and quality furniture, open concept environment integrating living room and dining room; - 1 bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and air conditioning; - 1 bedroom with 2 single bunk beds, closet and air conditioning; - Living room with sofa bed and flat screen TV; - Full kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, sandwich maker, coffee maker, electric kettle, blender, pans, crockery and utensils; - Dining room with table and 6 chairs; - 2 Social Bathrooms; - Hotel quality bed and bath linen (extra bed linen and towels are charged by Seazone); - Wifi available (350MB); - 1 parking space. The apartment is located in a condominium with a swimming pool and excellent infrastructure. * ATTENTION: - Use of the barbecue and sports court has an additional cost (to be consulted) and needs to be scheduled to use it; - Swimming pool released from 8am to 10pm; - Gym released from 8 am to 8 pm (you need to ask for a key at reception); - Sauna from 5 pm to 8 pm; - Toy library from 8 am to 10 pm (you need to ask for a key at reception); - Beach service only in summer (4 chairs and an umbrella are available, by reservation); - Soap is not available; - At reception all controls are handed over (remote, air conditioning, safe and entry and exit). *NOTE: the use of the sofa bed, with the maximum capacity of the property, is allowed upon payment of a fee of R$ 100.00. *The property is ground floor, but has a spiral staircase to access the second floor. * Cleaning included in the value is carried out only at check-out. If the guest would like extra cleaning during their stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged. * One bath towel per guest and one face towel per bathroom are available, in addition to sheets for the number of guests indicated. Linen changes can be requested for the amount of half a cleaning fee.
