Summer paradise for many

We rent out our wonderful summer place for part of the summer. A classic captain's house in an elevated location in the heart of Fiskebäckskil. The house has plenty of space for socializing, both outdoors and indoors. On the property, there are 3–4 designated parking spaces (depending on the size of the car), which are often in short supply in the community. The house consists of a main building and an annex. The space In the main building there are 5 bedrooms distributed as follows, plus a room with a sofa bed: Bedroom 1: Double bed 240 cm wide. This bedroom has a balcony and a private wardrobe. Bedroom 2: Double bed 160 cm wide Bedroom 3: Double bed 180 cm wide Bedroom 4: Single bed 140 cm wide. Small room with slanted ceilings. Rooms 2, 3 and 4 share a dressing room. Bedroom 5: Double bed 180 cm wide. This room has wardrobes that can be shared with those who sleep in the living room on the sofa bed. Bedroom/living room: Sofa bed, bed size 140 cm x 200 cm. This room is a walk-through room to bedroom 5 and suitable for e.g. parents and children or very good friends. This room has hooks on the wall and a dresser. The Complement Building: Bedroom 6: In the additional building, there is no water or drainage, only a bedroom with a double bed 160 cm wide + a crib and a small adjacent nursery with a smaller crib. Windows in both of these rooms as well as a private dresser and wardrobe. Children's equipment: Crib available to place in a suitable room. IKEA high chair, stair gates and changing table, bathroom stool and bath tub are available. Children's books, Lego and some mixed toys for indoor and outdoor activities are also available. In the main building there is a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area, dining room, living room with two different seating areas and on the upper floor another small sofa with coffee table. In the house, there are also two shower/toilet rooms. Board games for rainy days are available. Cubb, croquet and mini ping-pong tables are available for outdoor play in fine weather. There are 3 TVs but only the one in bedroom 1 has channels 1, 2 and 4. Other TVs have HDMI cables for connecting your own computer/TV box for content delivery. The Wi-Fi network has good capacity. In the secluded garden there is garden furniture (a seating area, extra folding chairs as well as some sunbeds), as well as gas grill. Gas is included. Guest access The entire house including garden and complementary building is at the disposal of the tenant. However, someone will water flowers and cut grass in the garden. Other things to note It is close to playground, swimming area, restaurants, marina and the church. In the area there are opportunities for golf, tennis, paddle, horseback riding, renting a canoe, gym etc. In the house, there is information about the area. Guests clean to the same standard as on arrival and bring their own sheets. A cleaning company can be assigned if the order is made in good time. Sheets and towels can be rented for SEK 250 per person.
