Private Studio with Separate Entrance & Bathroom

Our studio with PRIVATE bathroom & LARGE bathtub, PRIVATE entrance & deck (NOT A SEPARATE BUILDING), FREE parkings, NETFLIX with sound bar, many amenities is a wonderful place to stay for your vacation. 20' to Seatac Airport, 90' to Mt.Rainier, 10' to White River Amphitheater, 10’ walk to train station, minute to Freeway. If you’re looking for a private and convenient stay, this is perfect! We're located in DOWNTOWN Auburn, easily access by public transport/train/car We’re excited to host you😊 The space You'll have your own bedroom and private connected full bathroom with bathtub (NO JETS), PRIVATE ENTRANCE, PRIVATE deck with dining area, designated 2 parkings and you will not have access to other rooms. We live next door but we are quiet people, if you need anything during your stay, please don’t hesitate reach out to us, we are more than happy to accommodate if we could! The studio is completely private :) ❌There is NO AIR CONDITIONER. The room only has heater, ceiling fan and portable fan. We do set up kitchenette with microwave, toaster, coffee maker, fridge, kettle…NO FULL KITCHEN. 🔴DISCLOSURE: We do have neighbor’s bull dog, he barks sometimes when strangers come to his territory but he is no harm. Our backyard is all fenced. 👍UPDATE: we have installed the 6ft privacy fence between our house and neighbor. You won’t be able to see our neighbor’s dog anymore! We do provide hand towel and body towel. NO wash cloth. There are bright street lights in the neighborhood and we have sensor lights work by motion around the house. We plant flowers and vegetables in the backyard. They do attract insects sometimes. If you leave the door open and leave food on the floor, they may come in. We do have security cameras around outside of the house for safety and security purposes! 🚫NO PET, NO SMOKING, NO VAPING, NO 420 inside property!
