Located in a remote area away from the busy streets and city lights where you can relax with the whole family and enjoy the beauty of nature. The space Open concept living that has a generous size living room that flows into the kitchen with ample room to prepare food for the family. Primary Bedroom has a queen bed (accommodate 2 people)and small child with a bit of a squeeze. Second Bedroom has a queen bed as well. If booking is for more than 5 guests: 2 floor queen mattresses available (accommodate 2 pax each mattress) Security cameras are located outside of the house and in the living room. The living room will be disabled and not working for privacy. The cameras outside of the house will remain active for security purposes. Guest access Guests have access to the primary residence which contains 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room and the terrace. Both Bedrooms have a split type AC and the rest of the house has electric fans. If you will be away from the house for the day " Please turn AC OFF" to conserve on electricity. There is a room at the far end of the house accessed from the kitchen which is private and not for public use. Please do not go there. As well there is another room above this room but we ask that tenants not go up there as the stairs are not the safest. IF YOU GO UP YOU ARE AT YOUR OWN RISK ! Other things to note There are plenty of trails where guests can walk around but we ask to be mindful that you don't walk through neighbouring properties. The Foam mattress's that can be used on the floor are (more suited for kids) but big enough for 2 adults or 3 kids. Our home is 2.2 km from the main highway. Note that the last leg of the road to the house is unpaved and on a bike trail. May not be suitable for cars with unusually low ground clearance. However, a member of our staff will guide you all the way to the house if needed and rest assured it has been driven many a times without any type of incident.
