Other amenities include: a sandy beach, a Marina for boats up to 28ft, a ramp, tennis courts, pickle ball court, children's swings, charcoal grills, picnic tables, pier, cafe bar & lounging areas. The space The condo building has an elevator and the unit has two bedrooms each with a King beds, 2 bathrooms and a sleeper sofa in living room. Guest access Guests are welcome to use all the amenities at Ocean Pointe. Other things to note Dock slips need to be rented through OP dock master. Use of boat ramp and dock slips require 300K liability insurance.
