We’re a family of five with 1 cat, working in the creative industry. Our home is tidy and quiet and we mostly work from home. Our cat is not allowed in the bedroom. The private bathroom is next door to the double bedroom, both on the lower ground floor. Our guests say the bed is comfortable and the room is warm in winter and cool in summer. The bedlinen and towels are high quality 100% cotton. There’s a fold-out desk if you need to work or prefer a table in the room. Access to the garden with seating area is via the kitchen. You can share the kitchen space to make yourself tea/coffee and a light breakfast. There's space available in the fridge and filtered tap water in the kitchen. Free fibernet WiFi. Our house has lots of stairs so if you have mobility issues it may not be suitable and the ceiling height is a little lower than modern homes at 1.82m.
