Peaceful water fountain sounds you can hear from this room with Private entrance with no access to main house in Ojai. TRU23-0114 please read everything before booking The space This is a private room with private entrance attached to our farmhouse . This is just a bedroom and a bathroom . At time you can hear farm sounds and our family living here. Our house is a raised foundation farm house so you will hear us walking sometimes and sounds of us living in the house. We will not bother you unless you need us. Do not block the garage. We park farm buggy inside. Park where others can get around you. This room does not have a kitchen. We have a kettle, electric burner, mini fridge, toaster ovens. One pot and one pan for cooking. If the space is too small to cook in you are welcome to cook on the porch by the ice maker and bring the burner. Guest access Access to your private room but you can walk around the farm just please don’t open any gates because the animals may get out. No access to garage. Let us know if you want to use the jacuzzi so we can arrange a good time. It’s not always available but we will do our best to accommodate . It takes time to heat so I will need a heads up. Sometimes we are working on the property or enjoying this space as well but we are happy to share. Other things to note There is a futon in the room. Our cats are outside cats do Not bring them inside .Nacho is our overly friendly cat. You may think he is scary , but he just wants to play and loves our guests. If he is a problem let me know . If our dogs are disturbing you please let us know, and we will move them inside . They tend to bark at our cat if the cat is picking on them . Their names are Bentley and Barbie . Dogs are rescues and not always friends please don’t pet them. Do not bring a Dog without sending a photo first and paying cleaning fee. Pool is not always available. Sometimes our family and neighbors are using the backyard. You might see us. Pool is at times rented out for events in the community. If you would like to make sure the pool is available, please book on the app a discount code will be provided for you. Hot tub is usually available at night, but please ask us to be sure.
