A fully furnished house includes a Primary bedroom with an en-suite. $40.00 per night based on one person occupancy. The en-suite with a full size tub and integrated shower. The window has a blind and black out curtains. There is a walk-in closet and a dresser. There is extra bedding and covers. There is plenty of free street parking on both sides of the street. A quiet neighborhood with great neighbors. Nice park across the street Plenty of walking trails and bicycling paths The space There are others renting rooms and most of the house is shared use except the bedrooms which are all lockable and private. All bedrooms are private with a key pad entry with a back up key. If the key is not returned it will be a charge of $50.00. Guest access The house has key-less entry and the room is lockable Other things to note There will be a newer BBQ arriving at the end of April. Although the neighbors are great the back yard has seating to enjoy the privacy from the neighbors. If there is no parking in front of our place please do not park in front of our neighbours on either side of the house. There is plenty of parking across the street as there are no houses there.
