The apartment is in an ideal location to walk everywhere in Ann Arbor. Enjoy being perfectly located in the heart of Ann Arbor and all that it has to offer. This charming, older building has been converted into 5 separate apartment units on 3 different levels. There are 2 apartments on the main level, 2 apartments on the upper level, and an apartment on the lower/basement level of the building. The shared laundry is located in the lower level. Each apartment has a private entrance and not shared with other guests. Apartment 2 is a large one-bedroom apartment with full sized living room and kitchen, on the ground floor of the building. The bedroom has 1 premium queen-size bed & 1 queen-size air mattress, for extra guests, with quality bed linens to ensure a good night's sleep. Total apartment sq ft = 508. One full bathroom with a bathtub supplied with essential toiletries and a hairdryer. A comfortable couch to relax while watching your favorite shows and movies on a 55" Roku TV with all broadcast TV stations and an extensive selection of cable TV sports and entertainment channels are offered. A table and 3 chairs is provided and is suitable for dining and computer work. The kitchen includes a stove/oven, microwave, toaster, full-sized fridge, drip coffee maker (plus coffee/sweetener/half n half), dishes/silverware and pots/pans for you to use during your stay. The basics for cooking simple meals are all provided for you. In the winter months, the apartment is heated by a radiator system that is centrally controlled. occasionally it may make noise, if so please notify us immediately for us to adjust it. Thank you. There is laundry in the lower/basement level, available to use before 11 AM and after 5 PM. at any time during your stay. The machines are free (not coin-operated), and there are detergents available to use. Most guests enjoy leaving the car in the free parking provided and exploring the area on foot during their entire stay! From shops, restaurants, museums, galleries, parks, local events. and everything in between, you are literally steps away from it all! The designated parking is in the driveway on the right side of the building. A suggestion: No car is needed if you are staying in this location if your plans are to visit the athletic campus, central campus or in town. If you are flying into DTW consider Uber or bus and save money by not renting a car :) *We have cameras on the property, monitoring the exterior of the property and common areas, no cameras inside the unit. *Pet friendly apartment! Please read the agreement if you plan to bring a pet! If you are bringing a pet, permission is needed prior to your arrival and you will be charged a one-time pet fee of $50. Additionally, we have a pet agreement we'll need you to review and agree to.
