The house is a shared living space, but don't worry, the basement is totally private & has its own entrance. This place is your perfect home away from home, complete with a fully-equipped kitchen that has everything you need, from a stove to a dishwasher. Plus, there's even an air fryer to help you whip up some delicious and healthy snacks! And, if you need to do laundry, don't worry – there's a washer and dryer available for your use. When you're ready to enjoy some fresh air, step outside to the small patio area and soak up the lovely breeze on a peaceful evening. With all these amazing amenities and more, this charming basement apartment is the ideal place for you and your loved ones to unwind and create some unforgettable memories. Upon arrival, please note that the basement apartment has its own private entry, and is a separate living space that is not shared with any of the home's occupants. The main level of the house is occupied by the residents, and as such, you may occasionally hear footsteps during the day, although we make every effort to minimize noise levels. Parking: To ensure a safe and convenient parking experience, the host will message you where to park during your stay. Street parking is prohibited between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m. According to the HOA bylaws, vehicles will be ticketed or towed during that time. If you need additional parking, let me know. Other things to note Absolutely NO smoking in the apartment. NO SMOKING. NO METH COOKING. NO CRACK SMOKING. NO CRACK COOKING. NO PILL COOKING. Laundry Area & Cleaning Supplies: Guests can use the washer and dryer. Please bring your washing supplies. Iron and ironing board on site. Cleaning supplies are available under the kitchen or bathroom sink. Broom, dustpan, and mop are available on site. Kitchen: The unit includes pots, pans, eating utensils, cooking utensils, drinking glasses, plates, bowls, a blender, and an air fryer. Dining area: The dining area is accommodated with four chairs. Living Room: TV with Amazon Firestick remote access. You can access over 200 channels on the Firestick TV App (please take a look at the house manual). Sitting area to accommodate five comfortably. The sidewalk to the basement apartment goes down a small slope. Be careful; it may be slippery when wet.
