Just 9 minutes from Okemo’s Clocktower Base Lodge, this cozy log cabin is the perfect home base for your Vermont adventures. Mornings begin with coffee on the deck as the sun rises over Bear Hill. January & February sunrises are the best! Spend your days skiing, snow shoeing, exploring downtown Ludlow, or wandering the 10 wooded acres that surround the cabin. When you return, curl up on the couch, share meals together, play board games or enjoy cozy evenings by the fire pit. Guest access Guests will have full access to the cabin, deck, yard & 10 acres of wooded land. Other things to note Please note that AWD/4WD is a must in the winter time to access the property. The road and driveway are regularly plowed. Stairways are required to access the cabin (1 set from the driveway to basement level and 1 set from basement to main living area). We have installed a standby propane powered generator in the event there is a power outage. The generator will turn on within minutes of the power going out allowing full access of cabin amenities. The indoor wood stove is unfortunately off limits to guests per our insurance provider.
