The sofa becomes a sofa bed ideal for accommodating a 3rd person (more details in descriptions). Be sure to leave a phone contact where we can easily communicate with you (WhatApp messages only). --- CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS What to do in 3 easy steps: 1- Have WhatsApp and internet connection on the phone where you will be contacted. Make sure the number indicated on the reservation is the one where you want to be contacted by us. 2- Send ALL guest IDs to the number you'll be contacted at or in Airbnb chat. 3- Wait for the information to be sent for key collection and property info. The guest will be directly responsible for sending the host (or the person in charge) a photo of ALL identity documents: these documents must correspond to the people who will actually stay in the property. Key pickup information will be sent via WhatsApp (or Airbnb chat) AFTER IDs are sent. If you do not send the guest documents within the established timeframe, you will not be able to stay because Italian law prohibits it: -Ministry of the Interior Ministerial Decree 1-7-2013 - "Provisions concerning the communication to the public security authorities of the arrival of persons staying in facilities" - Subsidiary Provision of the Consolidated Law on Security pursuant to Article 17 of the T.U.L.P.S. In practice: NO documents = NO stay. --- Use of the sofa bed: for 2 guests, the double bed is automatically assigned.
