You unfold it and when checking out strip linens and refold it. This is a cozy large RV with 3 slide outs in private wild life park. There are 2 other airbnb rentals on grounds so quiet is important. We have been in the hospitality business for 60 years. It's our goal you feel safe and peaceful and can unwind here as a home away from home. As a former recreation director we have homemade maps to the best springs, grocery store, restaurants, entertainment, kayaking, tubing and more. Discounts for longer stays if you stay for more than 2 nights. There are 2 street lights so not scary at night, there are no bears. Owners live about 150 feet away. RV is not to be moved from our property. High springs is a beautiful quaint town. We are only 7 minutes from there and major grocery store and fine dining at Great Outdoors Restaurant which often has an outdoor band on weekends. It has free WIFI, Bring your NET Flix or Prime, Disney log-in also have free LG live tv & some movies. It has new cold a/c, heat, We are often told it is a very comfortable queen bed. We are also 20 minutes N.W. of Gainesville where there is major shopping malls. We are on 14 acres. Enjoy a glass of wine at your private fire pit, our ground wood might be wet but you can buy wood and charcoal for grill . Private swing with awsome view. Firewood available at local grocery store or on ground if not wet. NOT a princess castle so If you are the type to post a complaint about 1 or 2 ants without giving us the opportunity to come over and spray then please go elsewhere. We are trying to provide a peaceful space here but will jump to assist with any real issues such as an actual infestation (a group of ants) or assist with air quality control with an extra hepa air purifier or extra appliance that may break.
