Smoke-free property. Door opens to the walking/bike trail and St. John/Wolstoq River. Our goal: to ensure an awesome experience. The space This is a gem in the city. Walk out the back door to the trail and follow the river to downtown Fredericton, a short 15 minute walk away. Inside, this cozy spot is not large but, it is well appointed, squeaky clean, and provides everything you need. A few extra items included to welcome you and make you feel at home. Other things to note This is an awesome spot but not without its imperfections. -Driveway can be slippery in winter.
