An architect's dream by the lake!

Architect-designed house in fantastic location 50 meters from Lake Möckeln. Do you dream of a unique accommodation in top condition where you feel at one with nature while being close to grocery stores and shopping? Feel the true Småland forest's calm of bird chirping and the lake's relaxing lapping as you enjoy your morning coffee. Explore the beautiful environment with a walk or bike ride, take a refreshing dip in the lake and enjoy the amazing environment you are surrounded by. The space The house is spacious at 130 sqm and there are four bedrooms available, one of which is an open sleeping loft of about 25 sqm. There are 6 beds. If you need a crib or a high chair, we will make sure it is in place when you arrive. Just let us know in advance. Stroller is available to borrow. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with, among other things, a built-in coffee machine where espresso or cappuccino is only a button press away. The house has two nice bathrooms with shower and a laundry room with combined washing machine/dryer. If you want to explore the neighborhood by bike, there are some bikes to borrow. There are lovely forest roads in the area, so we really recommend it! In the garden, there is a large trampoline embedded in the ground. It is extremely popular with both big and small. 150 meters from the house, you will find the area's secluded beach with a nice barbecue area out on the jetty. There is also a bathing ladder for those who prefer it. If you want to go out on a trip on the lake, there is a smaller rowboat that you are welcome to use. The house is in a fantastic location on a peninsula in the forest, only 6 km from Älmhult city center where there is a range of various shops, stores and restaurants. There you'll also find the world's only IKEA museum and IKEA department store. Please note that bicycles, trampoline and rowboat are not available during the winter half year.
