Large social areas, home theater, exercise equipment, ping-pong and proximity to exercise tracks, outdoor gym, nature reserve and Lake Hjälmaren. 1.5 km to Örebro Castle in the middle of the city, 1.4 km to the central station and 2.1 km to the E20. Parking for 2 cars is included. Pets are welcome. Guest access Access to everything in the house, outbuilding and plot including parking. Only certain parts marked "private" that the guest does not have access to. Other things to note The guest is responsible for preparing the house in its existing condition, cleaning according to routine/checklist and throwing garbage in garbage cans. Otherwise, there is an additional cost of SEK 1,500.
