The space This beautifully remodeled home is designed with your comfort and convenience in mind. It features three cozy bedrooms, each equipped with its own TV, making it easy for everyone to unwind in their own space. The spacious main floor boasts two large living rooms, offering plenty of room to relax, play games, or enjoy a movie night. One of the living rooms includes a pull-out couch, providing extra sleeping accommodations for larger groups. The kitchen has been thoughtfully remodeled and is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, from cookware to utensils. A washer and dryer are also available, making it ideal for longer stays or families on the go. Whether you’re looking to relax after a day of exploring or gather for quality time with loved ones, this home has all the space and amenities to ensure a memorable and comfortable stay. Guest access Guests have full access to the main floor and upstairs of the home, offering plenty of space to relax and enjoy. Please note that the basement is not available for guest use, as it is reserved for maintenance and storage purposes. Other things to note There is one designated parking space available in front of the garage for your convenience. Additional vehicles can park on the street as needed. Please note that smoking is not allowed inside the home; however, smoking is permitted outdoors, as long as cigarette butts are properly disposed of. No pets or parties are allowed on the premises. Wi-Fi is available, and the password will be provided after booking. Trash can be placed in the garage, and the host will take care of disposal. The window air conditioning units are highly efficient and keep the home wonderfully cool. Upon arrival, please enter through the back gate next to the garage, and follow the walkway to the home’s entrance.
