The building is located in Gran Canaria, one of the most beautiful islands of the Canary archipelago, inaugurated in July 2023 and belongs to the municipality of Telde, between the beaches of Melenara (140 metres away) and Salinetas (250 metres away). Sustainability, accessibility and smart locks have been taken into account in order to forget about the possible problems that keys can cause. Melenara Beach is 350 metres long and 30 metres wide, with black volcanic sand and a wide range of restaurants that allow you to enjoy the rich and varied local gastronomy.
