Managed by Canariasgetaway, the building is located in Gran Canaria, one of the most beautiful islands of the Canary archipelago, in the municipality of Telde, between the beaches of Melenara, 140 metres away, and Salinetas, 250 metres away. Opened in July 2023, the building has been designed with sustainability and accessibility in mind and is equipped with intelligent locks to avoid the possible problems that keys can cause. Melenara Beach is 350 metres long and 30 metres wide, with black volcanic sand and a wide range of restaurants where guests can enjoy rich and varied local gastronomy. It is a quiet and very family-friendly beach with parking and spa, bathing service, disabled access, lifeguard service throughout the year, children’s playground and blue flag.
