This is a pre-authorisation and will only be charged if guests damage or neglect the property. Cleaning Fee Policy: A polite reminder to all guests that the cleaning fee you pay is to prepare the property for your stay. This includes linen hire and ensuring that the property is at a high standard of cleanliness through rigorous cleaning protocols to provide ultimate comfort and guest satisfaction for every stay. However, paying a cleaning fee does not remove the expectation that the property be left in a reasonably clean and tidy condition upon check-out. We require our guests to follow our check-out procedures and maintain the property during their stay. To respect the property, our cleaners and future guests we kindly ask that upon check-out you: - Wipe down all surfaces - Wash all used dishes, cutlery etc. and put away in their correct place - Dispose of waste and recycling as per our instruction (an email will be sent to you prior to check-in providing detailed instructions of how to dispose of waste and recycling correctly) Basic cleaning materials are provided for your convenience to help you maintain cleanliness during your stay. Whilst our property is professionally cleaned between stays, any additional cleaning required due to neglect may result in extra charges being billed to the guest. This could be in the form of some, or all, of your security deposit being retained to cover said costs, dependent on the level of neglect.
