A private room in NR3. PLEASE NOTE: No access to the kitchen. You have access to your own bedroom and a shared bathroom with the hosts. City centre: 10-15 minute drive, NNUH (hospital): 15 minute drive, UEA: 13 minute drive, Norwich airport: 7 minute drive. For the city: The bus stop is a 6-10 minute walk from our house. With buses coming every 15 minutes. There is also a Beryl bay a 3 minute walk away. 15 minute bus ride to the city and 15/20 minute bike ride. The space Tea, sugar, coffee and decaf coffee available in your room. As well as milk. Hot and cold drinking water, also in the room. Mini fridge available in your bedroom (capacity 43L). Towels and shower gel - provided by us. Maximum number of guests: 2. No smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes in the room. Please no shoes in the house. No parties. No visitors during your stay, only other guest allowed is your pre paid guest you pay for upon booking. Please note that we have two cats in the house but they don’t have any access to the bathroom or your private bedroom. Guest access Shared bathroom with myself and my partner.
