The building has Security Guard 24/7 and video-vigilance. There is a smoking place in the balcony. You will always find fine and clean sheets in the bedrooms, clean towels in the bathrooms, toilet paper, shampoo, cream and new soap. If you stay for more than a week, I will pay for a clean service.
