The Avida building is located in the Romantic Zone, just 4 blocks away from the famous "Los Muertos" beach and a few blocks from the "Malecon" walking area, Rio Cuale, as well as great restaurants, bars and nightclubs. We care a lot about your comfort, so all of our furnishings were specifically selected with that in mind. * Bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed, a bathroom with double sink and walk-in shower. * Living Room with a sofa. The fold out sofa can be used as another sleeping space (double bed fold out sofa). * Kitchen is fully equipped including stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishwasher, utensils, dishes and glassware for 4 people.
