Quietly tucked in at the base of the Berea Pinnacles, the lodge offers up a scenic panoramic view of Davis Holler to the west. Looking for PEACE and QUIET? Look no further! Want to GET THE BLOOD PUMPING? 8400 acres of forest behind you, 9 miles of hiking trails, 1.2 miles from the lodge to the new John B. Stephenson, run, walk, bike trail. Additional 2.1 miles will get you into Berea, (Arts & Crafts Capital of Ky.) or 1.1 miles the other way to Indian Fort Mountain. Plenty "to do" or "not". The space This home comes fully furnished with a full kitchen stocked with brand new dish ware, pots & pans, coffee maker, microwave and any other kitchen accessory you would need. There are three bedrooms, and two full bathrooms with fresh towels, wash cloths, and toiletries. Each room has brand new beautiful farmhouse style furniture, bedside tables with built-in outlets, amazingly comfortable linens to make the space as inviting as possible during your stay. The master bedroom features a king size bed and boasts a freshly renovated master bathroom with dual sinks and a gorgeous tile shower. The living room hosts a large couch, love seat, leather arm chair, hutch with pamphlets on local tourist attractions, and a 62” smart TV with all streaming services loaded onto it and ready to use at the press of a button. This will allow you access to endless entertainment through your personal subscription accounts via high speed internet if you’d rather stay in and relax. However, we do not provide cable/satellite TV or streaming subscriptions and all accounts left logged in will be erased upon checkout for your safety and privacy. Guest access The property is at the end of a small country one lane road at the top of a gravel driveway. When coming up the one lane road please drive SLOWLY as there is lots of wildlife, farm equipment, and others that live on the road. There's plenty of parking in the driveway but you may end up blocking one another in if there are more than 3 cars parked next to the house.
