Relax with the whole family in this gorgeous home in the heart of a beautiful Hampshire village. Surrounded by good walks and pubs and stunning scenery. We are only an hour away from london and minutes from Newbury and Andover and also have a yoga barn and sauna to use as and when you like. The space We are located in a small village just opposite a gorgeous and family friendly pub. The house has a relaxed and comfortable feel with open plan living downstairs with huge glass doors leading to the garden. Its a large house with big rooms so everyone can have some space. A large kitchen (the house is owned by a chef) so all the necessary equipment is to hand. There is a larder and utility room just off the kitchen with washer/ dryer and plenty of storage space. The snug - this is the casual sitting room with a large TV (with Sky/ Netflix etc) and general place to relax with a log burner. The Sitting room - a slightly smarter space, yet just as cosy. Again with a log burner and a TV hidden in a cupboard to make it feel more formal. Master Bedroom - this is a large bedroom with kingsized bed and lovely ensuite bathroom with large roll top bath, shower and toilet Bedroom 2 - with 2 single beds and plenty of space as well as a chest of draws. Bedroom 3 - this has a double bed and ensuite (jack and jill) bathroom. Bedroom 4 - this has a single bed and ensuite (jack and jill) bathroom. Plus an upstairs toilet next to bedroom 2. THE COTTAGE Kitchen - newly decorated kitchen with large kitchen table and all normal kitchen appliances - small fridge, oven, induction hobs etc. Sitting room/ Office space Master Bedroom - double bed with chest of draws Ensuite bathroom - large bath and toilet THE BARN Large open space with kitchenette - sink, hob etc Upstairs - small wet room with open shower and toiler The room here has sauna, plus day bed for relaxing on. WIFI through out all of the property Large first garden with flat lawn - great for croquet. Second garden which is more nostalgic with a vegetable garden, trampoline and bee hive which has access to a footpath at the top of the garden to a variety of wonderful walks around the village and beyond! Guest access You have access to most of the main house (bar two rooms for storage) as well as the cottage and barn attached. The cottage has its own kitchen/ living space. As well as very comfortable double bed and en-suite bathroom. The barn has a large open space ideal for group yoga or fitness and upstairs there is access to our infared sauna Other things to note There is a wonderful Village shop that has everything you might need for back up emergencies and supplies if you cant make it to a large supermarket. A big tesco's is just a 7 minute drive away in Andover. We have notes on places to visit and good local restaurants but are of course here if you have any questions. However please note we are in a small, family friendly village so this isn’t the right house for loud or late night stays
