The space Situated on an acreage in the south Cowichan Valley we have a large private yard that features Mediterranean gardens, a hot tub, steam room and a sauna. We have a firepit and a full kitchen on the patio and a large outdoor shower that doubles as the steam room. Our guest suite features a queen bed, a sofa bed, a private bathroom with shower and a kitchenette in the first bedroom, a small bodywork and spa studio adjacent to this room is also perfect for parents to use as a bedroom for their children. This room features a futon sofa bed and smart tv. Next to that is the den that has a woodstove, a smart tv and 2 sofa beds for larger groups. Our guest suite is a good fit for singles, couples, and larger groups as the space can sleep up to 10 with the use of the sofa beds. Larger groups must be aware that there is only one bathroom in the first room. The outdoor kitchen and dining space features an elite gas barbecue with an electric oven, smoker, and side burner to complement the small indoor kitchen. There is a full size fridge and a large sink outside as well. The indoor kitchen includes a bar fridge, small sink, hot plate, toaster oven, kettle, microwave and what you need to make coffee and tea. We allow dogs, and are smoking and cannabis friendly outside. No cats please. Guest access The suite is close to the parking area and is easily accessible from there. Other things to note *** Taxidermy alert. There is taxidermy in the suite. Vegans may be uncomfortable with this. *** Cannabis alert. I am a medical cannabis user and my girlfriend is a hippie, so you may be exposed to the smell of cannabis and incense on the property.
