The space In summer, the 12-meter-long pool is undeniably the major asset of the house. You will enjoy doing your morning laps, from the living room you will not be able to resist the call to dive for long. It is heated only by solar from May, then manually (heat pump) from the beginning of June. Please note that our main house is adjoining the house (see the captions of the photos). However, we are committed to never using the pool when we have guests. It will be exclusively reserved and privatized for you. Inside the house, you will discover the fully equipped kitchen, open to the living room and terrace. Dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, large fridge, washing machine, dryer... everything is new. The living room has two comfortable sofas. Enough to enjoy movie nights in the best conditions in front of the large screen Smart TV. Terrestrial channels, Canal+ and Netflix available. The large bay windows bring a very beautiful brightness to the whole. Both bedrooms are also spacious, bright, and equipped with ample storage space. The beds are 160. The bathroom will offer you the opportunity to relax in its large designer bathtub, and it also has a beautiful walk-in shower. Guest access The house is completely self-contained and it is privatized to you. The owners' house, adjoining, is not accessible. Other things to note We do not charge a cleaning fee.
