Just an hour's drive from the most beautiful Vendée coasts, 40 minutes from Nantes, 35 minutes from Puy du Fou and 20 minutes from Hellfest, let yourself be seduced by this beautiful, completely renovated house located quietly in an atypical and rejuvenating setting. The space In summer, the 12-meter-long swimming pool is undeniably the major asset of the house. You will enjoy doing your morning laps, with a view from the living room, you will not be able to resist the call to dive in for long. It is heated by solar only from May, then manually (heat pump) from the beginning of June. IMPORTANT INFORMATION SEASON 2026: The pool is being renovated from April 30 to May 12, 2026, so it will not be accessible during this period. These dates may change depending on weather conditions. Please note that our main dwelling is adjoining the house (see photo captions). However, we are committed to never enjoying the pool when we have guests. It will be exclusively reserved for you and privatized. Inside the house, you will discover the fully equipped kitchen, open to the living room and terrace. Dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, large refrigerator, washing machine, dryer... everything is new. The lounge has two comfortable sofas. Enjoy movie nights in the best conditions in front of the large-screen Smart TV. Hertzian channels, Canal + and Netflix available. The large bay windows bring a beautiful brightness to the whole. Both bedrooms are also spacious, bright, and equipped with ample storage space. The beds are in 160. The bathroom will offer you the opportunity to relax in its large designer bathtub, and it also has a beautiful walk-in shower. Guest access The house is completely self-contained and it is privatized to you. The owners' house, adjoining, is not accessible. Other things to note We do not charge a cleaning fee.
