Come visit the Happy House!

The Happy House is not just a place to sleep, its a colorful, magical, whismsical and Happy experience! Happy decor, art, flowers, mushrooms, and mythical creatures brighten every smile. Enjoy the outdoors with the privacy fenced XL backyard, trampoline, swing set, grill, and patio table or enjoy the snacks, drinks, toys, board games, and TV den inside. Bring your pets big or small, we'll be happy to welcome them all! Just 5 min to Tinker AFB, 15 min to Paycom, Bricktown, OKC Zoo. The space The full kichen has coffee, water, drinks, and snacks for guests. There is a common area with an open kitchen and dining room with French doors looking into the back yard. A couple steps down you will enter a TV Den with an electric fireplace and large seating area. Just beyond the Den is the laundry room with essentials, as well as a little souvenir shop. The bedrooms are on the opposite side of the house. There are three bedrooms. Two have Queen beds, one of the beds is an adjustable frame. The third bedroom has a treehouse bunk bed and additional twin bed. There are two large toy boxes full of toys in the kids bedroom, and one in the hall. Each bedroom has a smart television. The privacy-fenced backyard has a large patio with a patio table and grill, a large swingset, and a trampoline. Guest access The shop in the backyard is used for storage and is not accessible.
