These attics, converted in 2020, above my main home, have completely independent access. Guests can take advantage of the shared terrace and garden, with priority (deckchairs and armchairs). You are 600 m from the city center, 200 m from the free bus stop. You can park your vehicle in the fenced yard, even a large work van.
