Secured building access with 24/7 Concierge. - Washer/Dryer in unit - Memory foam bed on queen size bed, charging hub for all ports - Smart TV (Youtube, Disney +, Netflix) - Sofa bed, easily converts to a sofa bed to sleeps two individuals - Fully equipped kitchen (includes new coffee machine with complimentary coffee stocked), with a large fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, stove top inductions, kettle, all plates and untensils, and cooking equipment fully available - Office space separate from the bedroom to work with high speed internet - Bathroom Guest access The guest will have access to the entire unit! Other things to note According to the condo's safety regulations, guests' whose names that do not agree with the AirBnb reservation will not be allowed in the building, unless previously communicated well before hand! Parties and gatherings are NOT acceptable and prohibited. No special/commercial events to be held at the unit. We have a strict NO PET, NO SMOKING ($300 additional fee charged for cleaning) and NO PARTYING rule, and it is required by our management for there to be "quiet time" between 10PM and 8AM. If you could please be courteous to all the neighbors in other units that would like to get some good sleep for the night! Amenities will be allowed for only long-term renters (28+ days). Check-in time will be anytime after 4PM and check-out time by 11AM. Please note that due the the downtown location, the windows may be dusty and will have to open the windows to get a good view! The balcony is slightly cracked and we are looking into getting this fixed with management but no safety hazard or broken glass. Please take your shoes off when you enter the unit, and place your shoes on the mat in front of the entrance. Walking around with shoes on indoors will incur additional cleaning charges.
