Welcoming, airy, cozy, and perfectly located between the famous Roda and the quiet bay of Agnos, this sweet maisonette can sleep 2 to 3 guests offering unbeatable value for money. In addition, the beach is just a few steps away (only 400m): an opportunity not to be missed! Inside, the property has been carefully renovated with taste and style, yet reteining its traditional Corfiot charm. The property sleeps 2 to 3 guests. The lower floor has a comfortable single bed/sofa, kitchenette, and functional bathroom with shower. Stairs lead up to the romantic attic sleeping area, with twin beds (that can be joined, on request) and relaxing views over the surrounding countryside. The property is fully air-conditioned, both in the sleeping area and in the living area (included in the rental price). Rena's Maisonette Unit 2 is surrounded by a true oasis of peace and tranquillity, with stunning olive trees, flowers, shrubs. It is a real heaven, pampered by the gentle breeze. Here guests will be able to relax, dine outside, enjoy the sound of the cicadas, read a book. And, last but not least, the sea is just a short walk away from the house! NOTES: for the convenience of our guests, the price quoted includes everything, and no extras are required locally. Air-conditioning, wi-fi internet, cleanings, change of hand/bath towels twice a week and change of bed linen once a week are included in the rental rates. A refundable security deposit for damages (in cash) of euros 150 is required on arrival and refunded at the end of the stay as long as no damages are done to the house. Other things to note On the 15th of December 2023, the Greek Government introduced a new tax on holiday rentals with the aim to fight the climate emergency. The new “climate resilience tax” bacame effective in 2024 and will be consequently increased from 1st of January 2025 to the foreseen amount of 2 euros per property per night for studios and apartments and 15 euros per property per night for villas and large holiday homes (details are still under review, and official figure for each specific property will be added to the pre arrival info for all our guests). Therefore, for example, a stay of 7 nights in a villa during 2025 summer (non depending on the number of guests staying) will have a total climate resilience tax of euros 105. For all the existing and future reservations, the amount will be payable locally on arrival. Despite being this a sudden decision, which caused a considerable surprise in ourselves, we are therefore obliged to comply with the new regulation informing all our present and future guests of this extra charge.
