Great and affordable getaway for small families, friends, or couples! Just a short 5 minute drive to the heart of downtown Williams, AZ! The Grand Canyon is about a 1 hour drive. During the months of November and December, experience the magic of Christmas aboard the Polar Express located in downtown Williams. Such a fun and awesome experience for everyone, especially little ones! The space Queen bed in central area along with loveseat. Bunk bed in nook (twin bed on top and full futon on bottom). Dining area in second nook. Kitchenette. Full bathroom (no tub). Other things to note Portable ac unit available only during June 1- mid October. Most homes in Northern Arizona do not have central cooling since the nights are still cool but we do offer a portable unit. During periods of snow, there may be intermittent internet issues that are unfortunately out of our control. Please note: 1 towel provided for each guest listed plus 1 additional extra. (i.e. 2 guests booked= 3 towels).
