Cosy Little Barn - kitchen, bathroom, own access

The Little Barn is a self-contained one bed cottage annexed to a former Victorian farmhouse in the attractive Northamptonshire village of Kilsby. Open plan living with everything you need. Well equipped kitchen with microwave, air fryer/mini oven, toaster and kettle (no hob). Large screen TV and fast Wi-Fi. Double bed, comfy sofa, dining area and en suite shower room. Private access and private parking. Just 28 minutes from Silverstone and 12 minutes from Onley Grounds Equestrian complex. The space Ideal for a couple with room for a travel cot (not provided), the accommodation includes a double bed, sofa, dining area and well-equipped kitchen. With high, vaulted ceilings, exposed beams and trusses and a centuries-old feature stone wall, the main living area is full of character. Guest access The Little Barn is self-contained. There is a small seating area outside for use by guests. For the privacy of the hosts and guests, the garden area is not available for use. However, we are happy for you to let your dog into the garden for a wee and a sniff. We prefer guests to exercise their dogs away from the property and there are good walks around the village. Other things to note We are unable to offer early check in or late check out due to our cleaning schedule. While the Little Barn is all on one level, there is a path with one step down from the street and a step up into the building. Heating - the Little Barn has electric heaters. As most of our guests are out and about during the day, during the colder months the heaters are programmed to come on in the morning (7-10am) and evening (5-10.30pm) at 20 degrees. For the rest of the day and over night the heating is on a maintenance temperature. If you require the heating to be on for longer or at a higher temperature, please discuss your needs with us prior to your arrival, as there may be an additional charge.
