Guest access The entire unit is yours Other things to note Parking & Weather Policy A parking permit is provided for the lot directly next to the building. The pass will be waiting for you inside the unit upon arrival and must be left inside the unit at check-out. A $150 replacement fee will be charged for any missing or unreturned permits. Days 1–3: No change to standard parking terms (already included) Days 4–7: $15 per day Days 8–14: $10 per day Days 15–28: $5 per day Our property is located along the beautiful coastline, and weather can occasionally impact the area. Please note that we do not offer refunds for weather-related cancellations, including during hurricane season, which runs from June 1st through November 30th. We encourage guests booking during that time to consider travel insurance for added peace of mind.
