Home in Preston-Potter Hollow

A large bedroom available for 1-2 guests with a Queen size bed, writing table, arm chair, dresser, closet. There are two bathrooms in the house. The upstairs bath is shared, and the downstairs bathroom with shower is primarily used by the host, but is available when the upstairs WC is occupied. The space A large common kitchen, dinning room, are all shared spaces and available to guests. The parlor room is private and used for business. Guest access 2 Bathrooms, Kitchen, Dining Room, Sitting room, Guests are invited to enjoy the back porch and comfortable back yard. During your stay I am usually available, but I am a busy guy with a hobby business, gardening, boat restoration volunteer work in Hudson NY. Other things to note The house is on a state highway and there is commuter traffic. There are also two young Cats in the house, that do not enter the guest bedrooms..
