The culvert has a 6'3" clearance with water depth of 4'. We will respond promptly to any messages through the app. We have a maintenance and cleaning crew that live nearby and are available if needed during the week should a need arise that requires prompt attention. This home has the perfect blend of quiet and convenience being located in a quiet neighborhood in Lizard Creek while less than 2 miles from Food Lion, less than 5 miles from restaurants and practically walking distance to the ABC store and mobile Chick-fil-A! There is ample parking onsite for 5 vehicles as well as a boat trailer. There is a gravel driveway with a moderate slope so four wheel drive is recommended if towing a boat. For those traveling with a boat, please note this home is located on the north side of the Lizard Creek/River Road Culvert. The culvert has a 6'3" clearance with water depth of 4'. All linens are provided including sheets, comforters, duvet covers, and pillows. We provide 1 bath towel and 1 washcloth per guest along with 1 hand towel per bathroom. Please provide your own beach towels for your use outdoors. We will start you off with a two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towels, dishwasher pods, dish soap, garbage bags and other household necessities. We do not provide toiletries. The kitchen is very well stocked with plenty of dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, cups, wine glasses, serving platters, mixing bowls, cookie sheets, a crock pot, pots & pans and much more. We also have a Keurig as well as a drip coffee maker, plenty of mugs and a few K-cups to get you started.
