The space The apartment is on the 1st floor of a 2 storey building. It's the first on the floor, you only have one flat next door. This apartment complex is very private and quiet most of the time. The management is extremely strict (please check the house rules when moving in), which keeps the tenants in order and ensures that you are not disturbed and are safe. In the apartment you will find 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, a single shower room with toilet and a living room which is connected to the kitchen area. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and enjoy a meal or drink. Guest access The entrance to the property has a secure door and intercom so you can answer your visitors and open the door. You will have a single car garage with an electric gate to park your car overnight. A street parking space is available for visitors. There are 3 staircases and a lift for your convenience should you need it. Other things to note Scenic views of the ocean, beach, waterfront, and dunes are within a few minutes' walk or short drive from this apartment.
