With views of the serene Methow River & Billygoat Mtn. Both visible from the spacious great room, with. multiple windows to take in all the beauty of North Central Washington. This home was rebuilt after the original home was destroyed during the Carlton Complex Fire, with an energy of hope & community these small towns are notorious for. **Sleeping arrangements: The C-C Phoenix, Sleeps 4 with its 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath setup, each room has a Queen bed, and spacious closets, with room to unpack, & fully enjoy your stay. Bedroom 1 includes an ensuite bathroom, & another full bath available for the Bedroom 2. The bathrooms both have a tub/shower setup, & a vanity with plenty of storage. **Great Room: Hardwood floors in the main livings areas, add to the the natural beauty of the wood details on the vaulted ceiling & wood trim throughout the home. The kitchen's granite countertops, spacious fridge / freezer combo, 6 burner gas cooktop with cast iron griddle, & plenty of counter space, are a cook's dream. There are spices, herbs available for use, so create to your hearts content. The kitchen island not only is a large prep space, but also has a breakfast bar with 4 barstools for those quick dining situations. But if you prefer to spread out, enjoy face to face conversations, or have the availability to watch movies or your favorite sporting event while you dine, the large homemade farmhouse table will make this easy to do. You'll enter the home into the great room, with views out the Sliding door of the Methow River. With a large TV with a gas fireplace below (available during winter months by request), & 2 media cabinets filled with Books, games & movies, to suit the vacation experience for all. Not only is the smart TV with local stations available, a DVD player, & ROKU are as well. But don't forget to bring your logins in order to enjoy the premium programming. Added bonus with a speaker bar to really enjoy whatever you desire to listen to, music, sports, movies, or enjoy the silence if you prefer & curl up on the couch, love seat or oversized chair to enjoy a great book from the small library available if you didn't bring one to enjoy. **Outdoor Areas: Out the sliding door is a deck with seating for up to 5, including a coffee table & small end table. The views of the lower flat & Methow River bank are beautiful year round & you can enjoy the serene sounds of the river & wildlife that is part of being in rural NCW. Here is also where the gas BBQ Grill is located, which is one of the amenities available for guests to use. Off the deck, upriver, will lead you the the yard, to enjoy during the spring/summer/ early fall months. which has a privacy fence from the neighbors on the upriver side. Though the entry from the highway is gravel, the driveway for the C-C Phoenix is paved, with room for your boat, jet ski, snowmobile, or golf cart trailer next to the 3-car garage, which you will have access to as well, to keep your vehicles protected during your stay. **More Details: The house has A/C & central heat to help the house comfortable year round & WiFi available as well, but please remember, we are out in rural America, so the speeds are not stellar, but you can definitely stream your fav shows or movies, & search around on the internet for the next day's adventures!
