Guest access 🔒 Easy Smart Lock Access For your convenience, you'll receive a smart lock code 🔑 to use on the keypad for ONLY the front door. This code will be sent to you once your booking is confirmed and again one day before your check-in time, ensuring smooth, easy access to your getaway! Early Check-in ⏰ Want to check in before 4PM? Just send us a message on your Arrival Day to see if the Cozy Casita is ready! If it was vacant the night before, it's likely already clean and waiting for you. Please note, early check-ins are handled case-by-case and aren't guaranteed. Other things to note Parking 🚗 We recommend parking in the back patio area. Simply enter through the alleyway, manually open the gate, and pull your vehicle in. Please ensure the gate remains closed at all times. Street parking is also available. Pets 🐾 No pets are allowed, but service animals are always welcome! Important Notes 📝 - You might encounter two friendly, curious cats (one white, one orange) during your stay. Please be kind to them, but do not let them inside the home. - For excess trash 🗑️ please use the extra bags (located under the sink) and place them in the blue bin located on the neighbor's driveway in the front of the house. Recycling goes in the green bin without bagging. - No smoking inside the home. 🚭 Extended Stays (14+ Days) 🗓️ For guests enjoying an extended stay (14+ days) at the Cozy Casita, a $100 biweekly general cleaning fee is required. This 2-hour cleaning includes floors, restroom and shower, a kitchen wipe-down, and linen washing, ensuring your continued comfort!
