Charming VillaHeights Guesthouse

Our cozy guesthouse is a private, newly renovated studio apartment with a full kitchen, bathroom and queen sized bed in the heart of the Villa Heights neighborhood. The guesthouse is walkable to local food halls (Urban District Market), breweries (NoDa, Free Range) coffee shops (The Hobbyist) and restaurants (many!) in Villa Heights, Plaza Midwood and NoDa. It is also very close to the Light Rail station (0.8 miles) and uptown Charlotte/Charlotte City Center (2 miles). The space The studio apartment guesthouse is a charming and cozy space, perfect for 2 guests. We want to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The apartment has been recently renovated with all of the essentials. The location and proximity to local dining and breweries, as well as uptown Charlotte, is ideal. You can easily access the guesthouse with a code provided to the keypad on the exterior door. The apartment is located at the top of one flight of stairs. We like to give our guests privacy and allow them to check-in whenever convenient, after 3pm. Guest access Guests have complete and private access to the entire guesthouse. The guesthouse is located above the detached garage. We respectfully request the guests not to use the garage or porch on the main house.
