Romantic Casita on Spanish Estate, freeway close

This freeway close privately gated Cottage is 150' from the main house where the hosts live full time. There's 3 acres of lush landscaping with a fenced pool in the front yard for up to 4 guests to enjoy. The entrance leads to the Cottage with 3 parking places. a private master bedroom with a king size bed, closet, 52" TV, the front room has a full kitchen, 43" TV, queen sleeper couch, refrigerator, coffee maker, 3 miles from Pala Mesa golf course and winery. pool and jacuzzi are unheated The space Our Spanish Estate is 1 minute from the 15 freeway, 7.5 miles from Old Town Temecula and just a little bit further to the Temecula wineries, but we are 3.3 miles from Pala Mesa golf course and winery, 4.7 miles to Monserate winery and a short walk to Toasted Oak winery, 6.1 miles from Grand Tradition, 1.6 miles from Tivoli Italian Villa, 4.0 miles from Los Willos Wedding Estate, 3.9 miles from Vineyard Hills Villa and close to other wedding venues in Fallbrook and Temecula areas. We are only 30 minutes from the beach and Legoland and 45 minutes from many of San Diego's many landmarks. The pool and jacuzzi are not heated I personally clean the guest house, I have been in places, which turn your white socks brown and you will never have that happen at my place. I wash every piece of bedding you might touch, including bedspreads, blankets and pillow shams, vacuum each rug every time someone stays I check each, plate, cup, pot, pan, fork spoon and knives for cleanliness, I go above and beyond to make your stay at least as comfortable as your own home and you will always compare my place to others and I want your stay to be one of the best parts of your visit and want you to always come back. Guest access Guests are let into the front gate and Casita with private codes, you are welcome to use the fenced pool, patio sets and property, feel free to walk around and enjoy the beautiful surroundings, The gated back yard behind the main house is off limits, it is for our dogs. I am here if you have any questions. Please close your car door and front door quietly, the dogs will bark if it is loud, thankyou Other things to note We want you to have a wonderful time and a fantastic memory of your stay at our property. the pool and jacuzzi are unheated and fenced and I must tell you there is not a lifeguard on duty, therefore the booking party will be responsible for anyone using the pool and no glass around the pool. The TVs are Wifi only We have a no dog or animal policy, except service and emotional support animals which are not allowed to stay on the property alone, must stay off the furniture, but if your dog or animal is found to be neither and it is on the property or left alone or found to be on the furniture there will be a minimum $200 charge per day per animal plus any damages and the authorities will be called and your stay will immediately be terminated with out refund for violation of house rules. Sorry for these harsh rules, but some people try to get away with things. No third party bookings, including but not limited to, no bookings for someone else including family, friends and anyone that is not the booking party, this means that the booking party will be staying in the guest house- casita during the duration of the stay. Any stays over 14 days would need to be broken up into multiple 14 day stays with a discount or would need to have a credit check with my approval, a rental deposit and a rental contract prior to entering the property as per California's rental laws. The choice will be at my discretion. This is not a long term rental and will not be, it is short term only. No mail or parcels are allowed to be delivered to this address.
