Centrally located in the heart of Cabo Rojo, you'll be surrounded by the palpable energy of the city, its colors, flavors, and sounds. From our doorstep, you can explore cobblestone streets, uncover cultural treasures, and immerse yourself in the everyday life of this beautiful community. The master bedroom includes a balcony with views of the Cabo Rojo neighborhood. This bedroom has a king size bed, air conditioning, ample storage space, dresser and natural sunlight. The First Guest Bedroom is equipped with a queen-size bed, AC, closet, and a large window that adjoins the main hallway. This bedroom is conveniently located across to the guest bathroom which includes a spacious standing shower. The second guest bedroom includes a neighborhood view. This bedroom is also located next to the guest bathroom and is equipped with a queen-size bed, closet and AC. The third guest bedroom includes a neighborhood view. It's equipped with a full-size bed, a closet, and AC. The Living Room/Dining Room is an open concept. The Dining area can comfortably accommodate 7 people. The Living room hosts a large couch and ceiling fans to circulate the awesome breeze that comes into this 2nd-floor apartment. Please note that there is no air conditioning, but the ceiling fans help keep the space comfortable. There is a 40” Smart TV where you can log into and enjoy your favorite apps. The Internet is fast and reliable. Our kitchen comes complete with all essential appliances and supplies to prepare a delightful home-cooked meal. It's always basking in natural sunlight that fills the entire space. Through its window you can peak down at the beautiful Excelsior theater which has been part of the town since 1871! Guest access Guests can self-check-in. Prior to arrival, we’ll provide you with codes to access both the building and home. Other things to note Our accommodations can comfortably host a maximum of 7 guests. Kindly ensure your reservation reflects the accurate number of occupants at the time of booking. While enjoying your stay, we kindly request that you avoid rearranging the furniture, as this helps preserve both the furniture's integrity and our flooring.
