Welcome! This detached private space is centrally located in beautiful San Luis Obispo. Make this your base camp for exploring the area or for a nice relaxing retreat. We adhere to Airbnb's enhanced cleaning protocol and have a HEPA air purifier running too. Great view of Cerro San Luis (Madonna Mountain). Close to downtown, Cal Poly, and all the other great spots in the Central Coast. This is a Non-smoking space. The space The space has a queen bed. (In some exceptions, a padded mattress cot can also be provided. Please message me before booking.) Kids are welcome; however, we are not accepting pet guests at this time. We would never deny service animals, but we have a child that is highly allergic to dogs. Thank you for understanding. The parking is street parking. Occasionally there won't be parking right outside the property, but parking is never too far. The city doesn't require any type of parking permit or anything like that. Cooking tools and essentials are provided as well, allowing you to cook up something familiar if desired. No smoking of vaping. Linens and towels are washed with non-scented detergent.
