There are at least 2 queen beds and 3 full-sized beds available primarily in additional to a fold up twin. For smaller groups of 6 or fewer, unused rooms may be locked off unless you need it. Additional bedding is available upon request. The space comfortably sleeps up to 10, with exceptions made for larger groups with additional foldout twin beds upon request/availability and/or the use of the 3rd floor unit that has an additional queen bed and 2 full beds, a completely private 3rd floor unit that can be adjoined to create an 8-bedroom 3 bath retreat for a total of a 3 level entire building townhouse living. This booking on its own, however is a two level 5-bedroom, 2-bath townhome. Parking is shared with the 3rd floor unit when it is occupied, however your unit has priority parking privilege. Guest access Guests have access to the 1st and 2nd floors. The pantry and 2nd-floor hall closets are off-limits. The basement is off limits, except in emergencies under the direction of the host or maintenance, primarily for accessing the fuse box or as an emergency exit. Other things to note Please confirm the check-in time for same-day bookings. Parking is available in the rear of the townhouse or on the street, following overnight street parking signage. Note that during the snow season, overnight street parking may be restricted; refer to the local city of Hartford website for details. This multifamily property has 3 floors, with the top third floor comprising a separate additional private residential space housing a 3-bedroom, 1-bath condo with separate entrance, which can be booked if available.
