All bedrooms are equipped with 50 and 60 inch smart TVs. The living room, kitchen and dining room is an open, spacious area with a 70 inch smart tv. Two bedrooms have their own bathrooms. There is free access to a paddle boat that can be used at the private lake at the end of the street. The house has a huge screened in pool patio and the pool is equipped with a child safety fence. The house has been completely remodeled with a new kitchen, three new bathrooms, floor tile throughout, LED lighting and ceiling fans in every room. The entire house will be accessible.
