This two-story Georgian apartment, located on the first floor and overlooking a leafy garden square in the heart of Bayswater, features impressive 4-meter ceilings and French doors that provide a light and peaceful atmosphere reminiscent of a Parisian home. The apartment can comfortably accommodate 6 guests, with the option of additional guests on request with its flexible sleeping arrangements. The space On the upper floor, you will find two bedrooms, each with a double bed and a loft bed, allowing for a maximum of three occupants per room. Additionally, there is an office with a single bed, accommodating one guest. One of the bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom, while a family bathroom is accessible just a short flight of stairs away. The décor emphasises space and light, blending historical elements with modern luxury. The reception room seamlessly connects the open kitchen and living area, with double-aspect French doors that flood the space with natural light. There is a full-size dining table for six people, a beautiful piano, a daybed and high-quality projector for movie nights. The original Georgian stucco is beautifully complemented by elegant continental European design elements from the late '60s, as well as works from contemporary artists and designers who are personal friends of the owner. Notably, the apartment also boasts eco-friendly features that reflect the owner's commitment to sustainability. ECOLOGICAL FEATURES Water – Grander® Water In addition to all water being filtered for pollutants, the water entry point of the building is fitted with a Grander® revitalising system. This re-aligns the molecular structure of the arriving water with one closer to its natural source, in this case Austrian mountain spring water (at the Jochberg copper mine). This energises not only the water but in turn us, when we drink, shower or bathe, ... the plants we water ... and everything else that comes into contact and / or the direct field of the revitalised water. Drinking Water - Reverse Osmosis (RO) Top Quality Drinking Water on tap: The kitchen is fitted with a separate tap for reverse osmosis drinking water, which filters the prefiltered water while re-mineralizing it to the highest standards. (Magnesium...) This means this tap water will equal or most likely exceed the quality of any bottle water you might otherwise want to buy.
