Cozy cottage with unbeatable location by the sea

Small house of 30 m2 with varying sunrises in front of the house next to the sea during autumn, winter and spring on eastern Tjörn. There are beautiful hikes to go on during the year on the island as well as various saunas to rent at, for example: Klädesholmen, Bleket, Tubberöd, Björholmen and Dyrön. We welcome you to a nice relaxation during a weekend of one to two nights, Friday to Sunday. Hakefjorden (and the host couple) will be your closest neighbor. Welcome! The space We rent out a cozy guest house located next to the main house. The cottage itself is simple and has the essentials. There is room for up to 3 people. The cottage is small but with a high cozy factor. In the summer, you can enjoy the sun from the balcony interspersed with swimming, and in the fall, you can curl up in an armchair with a book or tablet, light some candles and sip a good cup of tea after a lovely day outdoors. The cottage and its balcony are as good as completely private. The cottage has two balconies, one right at the entrance and one from the garden that has a completely magical view! It is this balcony and its view that is the crown of the house. The balcony is also shielded for privacy. There are two comfortable chairs to enjoy coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. Here you can enjoy both morning, day and evening. There is also a table with an associated bench if you are a larger group. The cottage consists of a room about 17 m2 and kitchen 13 m2. There is a double bed, and an extra day bed that can be made into a double bed. There is a folding screen to divide the room if needed. Please note that you need to bring your own bed linens and towels when you stay with us. However, towels for toilet visits and kitchen are available. The kitchen is simple but has everything you need to arrange breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is a proper dining area for four people. Furthermore, there is a proper fridge and freezer, induction stovetop (two burners), coffee maker, microwave, toaster and outdoor grill. Please note that there is no oven. We provide coffee and tea, and there are a lot of basic items such as spices and oil to use. Private toilet and shower are right next to the house and we provide shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. 10 meters from the plot, there is a small swimming cove, excellent for morning and evening dips. About 400 meters along the cliffs there is also a trampoline with swimming steps that is wonderful to swim and stay at. The small house is located in the host couple's thriving garden, which is generous in size. Here you are sitting among lilac bushes, flowers and butterflies. Behind the host's plot there are forests and green areas for lovely walks and berry picking or mushroom hunting. Guest access You have access to the entire property's garden, and here there is a café group, sun beds, hammock, a trampoline, swings and various outdoor toys (kubb, croquet, badminton, etc.). The house is 2.5 km from the bus stop Fagerfjäll, you need a car or bike to be able to stay with us. Bicycles can be rented from us for a daily fee or at the tourist office in Skärhamn. The nearest urban area is Skärhamn, 8.4 km away, with a grocery store, tourist office, library and restaurants. Nice hiking trails are available all over the island, beautiful islands to visit by ferry, canoeing, fishing, Tjörn's golf club, visit the watercolor museum in Skärhamn, Pilane art in nature and several swimming areas.
