We're less then 1/2 mile outside of Key West, 1 1/2 miles from the Key West International Airport, located in Stock Island. Our condo is in private gated community with only 52 units that boasts a beautiful heated pool, lush landscaped grounds, fitness center, and clubhouse. Our unit provides covered parking too. We're across the street from the ONLY 18 hole championship public golf course in Key West. Golf club rental is available from the pro shop. Reservations recommended. We are also right next door to a public boat ramp (directly on the Atlantic Ocean) which is right next to Beach Weekend, a full service marina that rents pontoon boats and more. We are walking distance to bank/ATM, CVS with pharmacy, Dions convenience store, and Jollys liquor store. Walk to several local favorite eateries... the Hog Fish Bar/Restaurant, Roostica Pizzeria , El Mocho Restaurant and Hurricane Hole Bar/Restaurant and marina. The Croissants de France Bakery is also just across the street for great breakfast items and coffee. We are across the street from FYT Gym. A local gym offering open gym, HIIT classes, Pilates and Yoga classes throughout the day. Walkins are welcome for a daily fee. We are less than 2 miles from the airport, beaches, shopping and Publix, Denny's, movie theater, Outback, Subway, TJ Max, and more. Our condo offers 1100 sq. ft of spacious living plus two covered screened porches. It has 2 bedrooms upstairs, each with cathedral ceilings, queen bed, private bath with granite countertops , T.V.'s with Fire Stick (but you must use your own subscription for TV apps) with remote control, iron and blow dryer. There is also a washer/dryer tucked away in the hall closet in between bedrooms. The kitchen has granite countertops with stainless appliances and is fully stocked including a Keurig coffee maker. The living room has a queen sofa sleeper and a 42" SONY LED SMART TV. The master bedroom and living room have double French doors that open up to a covered, screened in balcony with patio furniture and ceiling fan. The kitchen and living room are downstairs. We offer FREE WIFI (wireless internet). We offer complimentary "starter supplies" only including toilet paper, trash bags, and bath soaps. Guests responsible for additional supplies. We have an additional 370 sq. ft of covered storage area below our unit that has 7 bikes with locks, 3 coolers, grill with cooking utensils, beach umbrella and tons of storage for any gear you may bring (golf clubs,fishing poles, baby stroller,etc...),keeping it out of the way but secured. There is a wonderful bike path located across the street that takes you right into Key West, so a bike ride into town to sight see is a must. We include beach towels, linens, and we will leave a wealth of information in the unit for your convenience on local attractions and activities. Baby furniture: (crib, high chair, ) is available with "advance notice to the host" for "rental fee per night" and the items will be set up waiting for you when you arrive. Our condo is CLEAN and we pride ourselves on being local and helping our guests make the most of their vacation by offering personal concierge services and suggestions for activities. We even offer help with wedding services and have all the contacts necessary to plan your beautiful wedding. Baby porta crib and high chair are available WITH ADVANCE NOTICE for rent per day. Host must be contacted in advance of arrival date so that equipment is on site for guest arrival!
