SAGE is located just 15 kilometers from Ooty, nestled amidst stunning 360-degree views of tea plantations and lush forests. We can accommodate upto 8 adults and 2 kids upto an age of 12 years comfortably. Our villa consists of a ultra-spacious lounge room with an attached mini-bar and 3 spacious rooms, all with attached bathrooms, a spacious living hall with dining area, and a fully-equipped kitchen. Additionally, our property boasts a dedicated bonfire area and a rooftop bar. The space BEDROOMS Sage has 4 spacious bedrooms with attached bathrooms. Bedroom 1: It's an ultra-spacious lounge room with a 180-degree view of the valley with a double bed, a bunker bed, two single-seater sofas, a mini-bar, a dining table, wardrobes, a 75" TV, and an attached bathroom. It opens to a Bonfire and Garden area. Bedroom 2: Spacious bedroom with a double bed, sofa, wardrobe, and an attached bathroom. It opens to a Bonfire and Garden area. Bedroom 3: Spacious bedroom with a double bed, sofa, wardrobe, and an attached bathroom. It opens to an ultra-spacious patio which has a 270-degree view of tea estate and forest. Bedroom 4: Spacious bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, and an attached bathroom. It opens to an ultra-spacious patio which has a 270-degree view of tea estate and forest. BATHROOM All 4 bedrooms have attached bathrooms with geysers, toiletries, and towels. It also has a common bathroom with a geyser, toiletries, and towels. KITCHEN & DINING The kitchen houses an RO purifier, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and crockery. However, cooking is not allowed as we have an in-house cook. The dining hall can seat 10 people comfortably. MEALS Breakfast is complimentary for 8 adults and 2 kids. Lunch and dinner can be prepared in-house at an extra cost. We will get in touch for the menu. Both veg and non-veg options are available. BALCONY The first floor boasts an ultra-spacious balcony with 270-degree breathtaking views of the tea plantation as well as the forest. It also has outdoor seating arrangements. HALL This massive hall has a 75" TV, sofas, a mini-library, and a large french door that allows guests to enjoy the breathtaking sunsets. Other things to note Please note that the last 1 km stretch of road is panchayat road and is not so good. Around 200-300 meter stretch is broken and care should be taken while driving, but all cars can come. We don't recommend this road to the pregnant women.
