Country house

This elegant accommodation is suitable for a couple or family with small child(ren). 20 minutes from Annecy, its lake and its old town, it is located in the countryside, in a village, with a green environment. The house has a bedroom for 2 with a 160 X 200 bed (+ 1 bed possible for a child), and a sofa bed in the living room. The terrace will allow you to enjoy the outdoors, to eat meals or relax. Parking in front of the house. The space I live in this house with my two children. The ground floor is a large kitchen-living room. There is also a toilet, laundry room and access to the garage. The floor consists of a double bedroom with a dressing room (open) large enough to install a small child's bed. There is also a toilet and a large bathroom with shower and bathtub. My children's rooms are not accessible. Guest access Access to the house is either independently or in the presence of neighbors. Other things to note We have a cat, which will obviously not be in the house during your stay.
